I am an American-born man of Slavic descent (Carpatho-Rusyn). I think of myself as being a hopeless romantic and a nice guy, who feels more comfortable giving rather than receiving. My interests include, but are not limited to, the following: the arts in general (museums, dancing, theater, cinema, etc.); walking, reading, creative writing, poetry, watching television, metal detecting, hiking, nature,collecting memorabilia, antiques, history... My favorite time of year is the fall; I love the colorful scenery, the smell of leaves on the ground and the cool weather. My dream is to move to the country and live in a spacious old farmhouse nestled on several acres of open land. I love the country life, as opposed to city life, and prefer to raise a family there where we can breathe fresh air and enjoy nature's beauty every day. And last, but not least, I enjoy snuggling next to a roaring fire on a cold winter's evening with the woman of my dreams. I hope I can find her on this site!! 😁
