I AM NOT A CLOWN. Although I like to clown around and I dress like one on occasion.

I am retired journalist who served my community in that way and as volunteer with the library, local food bank and
the Chamber of Commerce. I worked for newspapers in fourth largest city in USA and in small communities here in Texas.

These days I spend my time volunteering as the Song Wrangler on an international radio broadcast and hosting live stream broadcasts from a local concert Hall.

As a journalist I survived mob and corrupt politicians' threats, intimidation, tornadoes, hurricanes, gun violence and irate editors. So I understand how precious each day is.

I loved my work but was forced into early retirement after two heart attacks and being diagnosed as with Reiters Syndrome and as a workaholic.

I'm very interested in meeting and getting to know people from different countries and cultures, learning about them and becoming friends.

All relationships start with friendship and if ours grows to be more, that is wonderful.

Forgive if I don't answer quickly or frequently, this site is expensive to participate for someone with limited means.
