Upon first glance you may only notice me for my machismo. You may see a handsome man with experience to which the normal aging process has had little effect, but there is more extraordinary you may not know. You may notice from my skin color a slight olive complexion from my Latin heritage, but you may not notice the lighter influence of British nobility from a former British Ambassador-My great, great grandfather.

You should be able to guess from my physicality I had athletic training for the past 30 years, but I've left my competitive days behind me to focus more on health, longevity, yoga, my love of choreography and music. 😁
