I am a tall,fit gentleman from Washington, DC. I pursue a successful career and hope to meet a woman I can make happy. I seek a lifetime of emotional intimacy--after all, isn't that we all seek?
My father treated my mother with great deference and I aim to honor him by treating the woman in my life with the same regard. I am well-educated, easy going, a great travel partner with an inquisitive mind. I keep in shape by swimming, cycling, and running. I eat well, do not smoke, drink only at social functions.
I seek a woman as an equal partner in everything we do. Marriage entails work and dedication...with laundry, shopping, agruments, sore throats, mowing the lawn, housekeeping, the mortgage, and all the rest. With the right woman, all that strikes me as a lovely prospect. I come from a large family of five active children; we spent all day outdoors and were not expected back home unless we were actively bleeding or on fire😃 Though many things change in our lives, we all start and end with family.
I am outdoor enthusiast and enjoy exploring the wild and wonderful--from the far northern reaches of the Artic Circle to the southern tip of Argentina.
