I have been back from deployment to Afghanistan about three months now - since February 2014 and am trying to figure out what is next for me. I live and own a home in Ellensburg, Washington - the town where I grew up. I spend much of my time since returning from overseas doing physical fitness training activities.

Once I get back into a reserve military unit I will be traveling for drill weekends once a month at least. The most likely prospect for a military unit affiliation for me is in central California or in Honolulu right now - it would be nice to find someone who could accompany me on a drill weekend and stay a few days longer to explore new areas around there. I attend church weekly, but that is not a requirement I require from any of my friends or family. I also regularly attend and assist in our local Knights of Columbus group in Ellensburg and the American Legion military veteran service organization.

I would like to meet new friends via this website and maybe someone who I feel is special and who feels the same towards me. I am not a person who believes in "love at first sight" and believe lasting friendships and relationships take time to develop and nurturing to survive. I enjoy spending time with people who take care of themselves and are physically active. It would be great to find someone interested in the same.
