Time. It's the most important thing. I work on my own at my own rhythm. I'm an entrepreneur and adventurer, artistic but at the same time analytical. Able to balance reason with emotion. Love nature, particularly like the National Parks. Have been to about 35 in the U.S. alone. Have traveled extensively throughout the world. Speak Spanish and some Italian. Spain and Italy are my favorite countries. Love modern design, contemporary art, fast cars, sailboats, Jazz, chill and salsa music, dancing and cooking. Eat very healthy. Single father of triplets that are off to the university. Co-parented 50-50 raised them on a rotating custody basis. Two girls and one boy. They graduated from High School in May. I live in Coconut Grove. The oldest part of Miami, Florida. I have been married only once, to the mother of my triplets, for 9 years. Been divorced 14 years. I’m an architect and lawyer. I do construction, real estate law and Art law. Most of it in South Florida. I am a part time journalist and write a regular article on art law in a Florida art magazine. I love to travel, dance, art, old cars and collegiate sports. I'm happy, healthy, successful and confident. Looking for that special someone out there in the world wherever she may be.
